Maristow House, chapel and hamlet occupy a spectacular setting on the banks of the Tamar Valley Estuary and AONB. We have been responsible for the repair and renovation of several buildings including the grade I listed chapel, private dwellings, barns, dovecotes, the gatehouse and gardens. Traditional construction techniques and materials have been employed throughout to ensure subtle conservation works. A long term master plan for the future care of the whole site has been drawn up and is currently being implemented. Strong ecological considerations implemented in the works to protect bats, rare species birds and fish.
