This scheme is a mix of new build and apartments within and next to a converted house in Tottenham, London. Three homes are carefully contained within the historic Georgian townhouse and seven new build apartments sit alongside. The contemporary design of the new homes references the local vernacular through its use of materials and the completed project is a successful example of urban residential infill.
