This commission covers phase 1 of the proposals for upgrading and developing an existing ancillary hotel site which contains a Grade 2 listed building and golf course. The proposal is for the design and construction of a new purpose built Wedding venue with a new oak framed barn, kitchen bar and reception areas along with external landscaping and terracing. The Barn will primarily be used as a wedding venue but will be fitted to allow for corporate events, meetings and product advertising.
