About the practice

Lee Battersby originally formed The Ark Partnership in 1991. Since 2005, Lee Battersby and Deborah Wakley have been working together as principle architects. Ark regularly collaborates with other architects, technical staff and specialists across a wide variety of projects and commissions brought to us primarily through personal recommendation and returning clients. We believe that the design process should be a shared experience and this forms a principle part of our relationship with our clients, colleagues and everyone working on the project.
