Tooting Works is a project for the Business Launchpad partially funded by the London Borough of Wandsworth as part of the South London Innovation Corridor. The ambition of the project is to provide workspace for at least 40 new businesses supporting 55 jobs as part of a wider drive to encourage inclusive creative and tech sector growth Phase 1 will involve creating a co-working space within the existing building to provide 40 co-working spaces Phase 2 will involve extending above the existing kitchen facilities to provide a public events space, meeting rooms, and co-working space. It will also include light touch works to the external courtyard and undercroft area which will allow for gatherings and potentially food stalls or work space.
