Full architectural and lead consultant services from inception to completion, to more than double this community organisation's facilities providing support for young people and families through football, sports and fitness and business development training. We fully refurbished the existing unpromising building to provide new accessible changing facilities, and staff facilities. The new building centred around a cafe, generous reception, multi use space and training classrooms, connected to training pitch. The project created new character and identity for the Foundation grounded in West Ham football culture. We advised on funding, supporting project development, through complex planning application and provided contract administration.
