Alteration works were designed to improve the main entrance to this 1964 country house, as well as access to and use of the garden. Retrofit works included improvement of the thermal insulation of the building envelope (wall, roof and floor insulation and new windows) and installation of a ground source heat pump and solar panels. A shade canopy was provided to the south side of the house and a rain water storage tank installed. Landscape works were designed with Robert Myers Associates landscape architects.
