A new, detached mixed-use building on White Lion Street in Angel. The tight site for this project provides the rare and special opportunity of creating a new stand-alone building in Central London with the three different challenges for the facades – street facing, boundary walls and close proximity to buildings at the rear. The scheme comprises a restaurant, offices and a penthouse over six storeys. The subtle faceting of the facades allows for the building to change when moving along the street. The distinct geometric shadows slowly change during the day and form ephemeral ornaments to the building. The scheme is currently at planning stage.
