This is a two storey semi detached house with a garage in Bexley. The proposal is to replace the sunroom with a two storey extension, converting the garage to an office and complete refurbishment of the whole house. After all permissions were granted the work had to be put on hault due to Covid. The scope of work was reduced to a single storey and construction is completed.
