This newly built two-storey, two-bedroom house is situated on land adjacent to the garden of a Victorian property in Bexley. The project had previously been granted planning permission, which had since lapsed. We therefore incorporated design changes and resubmitted the scheme for planning approval, followed by Building Control approval. Additionally, we acted as contract administrator and led the project to the stage where the client felt confident to continue with the selected contractor.
