The project initially involved the alteration and extension of a semi-detached property, which led to Z.ARC appointment by the adjoining owner to build a similar extension and conversion including Green Roofs. A joint planning application was submitted for large extensions to both properties, which was approved by the local authority. The project is currently on site.
