A Housing Association Development to provide 52 No dwellings on the outskirt of Oundle. The dwellings are constructed using traditional methods of construction consisting of cavity facing brickwork / bradstone walls and pitched tiled roofs. The development consists of 16 two-bedroomed flats, 3 bungalows and 33 two and three-bedroomed terraced dwellings. All materials were selected for their low maintenance characteristics.
