The purpose of this project is to provide a new workspace at the heart of the East Wick Neighbourhood Centre, creating a new active frontage along Copper Street. For residents and visitors, this will be the first experience of East Wick when approaching from the south and east, and it provides an important new backdrop to the Queen Elizabeth Park, and a foreground to the Copper Box Arena. The building has two planned functions. Its long term use is for B1a office space and retail / café use, while in the initial 10 years it will act as a key building for the East Wick and Sweetwater development, setting a benchmark for design and ambition for 1,500 news homes across 7 phases.
