118CR project is a complete re-invention of a post-war semidetached house in Surbiton. The brief requirements resulted in rear extension, loft conversion and internal layout modifications to accommodate the needs of a growing young family. The house comprises front living room, rear family kitchen/dining and snug area. three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a home office. Extensive storage, ground floor toilet and separated utility room. During every stage of the project the client contributed with a clear vision outlining the lifestyle they wanted to achieve in their new home. They were fully involved on every design decision which helped to deliver the project on time and on budget. WR-AP delivered full architectural services for his project; form early consultation stages up to practical completion, including planning application, coordinated tender package and contract administration.
