Designed to meet building regulations Part M4(2) level, each apartment includes an accessible external terrace. A blend of brick and modern zinc panelling give the building a contemporary aesthetic. Dedicated parking, waste storage and communal gardens serve the building as well as beautifully landscaped areas to the front and rear gardens. Wolff Architects were involved from the initial project inception stage. Undertaking pre-application consultation with the Local Planning Authority. Following the planning stage, Wolff Architects developed the scheme in BIM software to allow the project to be fully co-ordinated in 3D. This technical input allowed for a much smoother journey to the construction stage. The project is nearing completion with external works currently programmed to complete in spring 2019.
