Haringey
£5m to £9.99M
New Build
The Connaught House development includes 6 contemporary designed townhouses with associated landscaping in North London. Each 4-storey property includes a lower ground floor kitchen and living space that opens up onto a private garden. Living accommodation and 4 bedrooms are located on the ground and upper floors of each property. A blend of brick and natural timber shingles soften the external aesthetic of each property with a modern zinc roof. Dedicated parking and waste storage areas serve each property as well as beautifully landscaped areas to the front and rear gardens. Wolff Architects were involved from the initial project inception stage. Undertaking pre-application consultation with residents as well as presenting the scheme to the Haringey Quality Review panel as part of the planning process. Following the planning stage, Wolff Architects developed the scheme in BIM software to allow the project to be fully co-ordinated in 3D. This technical input allowed for a much smoother journey to the construction stage. The external shell and core stage of the project has been completed with internal fit-out works to commence shortly.
