Listed Building - Grade II, New Build
This Grade II Listed, six storey Art Deco building, located in the heart of Mayfair was designed by Sir John Burnett & Partners, who were also responsible for the King Edward VII Gallery at the British Museum and Unilever House. Wolff Architects Ltd in conjunction with Interior Designers Fenton Whelan completed the project in 2017. Planning permission was granted to completely refurbish the building and add a rear extension to the two top floors. The building consists of a retail unit on the ground floor and a further 4 apartments. The 3 contained apartments on the first- third floors are 2,700 sq ft laterals with high ceilings and three bedroom suites. The Penthouse is spread over three floors with a large garden roof terrace on the top floor with incredible views over London. Covering 5,818 sq ft, the apartment has an exquisite master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in dressing room. There are a further four double bedrooms, all with en-suites.
