Our Client acquired a small site in South East London. The site was formerly used as a garage/joinery workshop. The original building was demolished and our Client wanted to build a studio flat for his teenage son. The site area is 65sqm, and the internal area of the flat will be 36sqm. There were many constraints to navigate, and the budget was a challenge. But through conversations with our Client (and his son), we were able to propose a design for a very functional and compact house with high ceilings, ample storage and lots of natural light.
