Outline brief: Full internal refurbishment and rear extension. Services included: Obtaining Planning Approval, integrating interior design information, Structural Design and Building Control requirements into a technical package, Contract Administration, obtaining a License to Alter from Grosvenor Estate and Site Supervision. The works took place during Covid and was therefore executed within the guidelines set out by the Government, which added a level of complexity managed by us and delivered to the clients satisfaction. The house is small in footprint with limited access, adding another level of complexity which was managed by us alongside the contractor to ensure smooth delivery.
