Outline brief: Reconfigure the Kitchen, Utility and Dining Room into a large open plan family space which connects better to garden. The clients prepared a detailed brief with high priority functions and a mood board showing their prefernce for style, colour and internal fittings. We developed these ideas, advised on sourcing products and finishes and procurement. We produced 3D imagery to help with decisions on finishes, space layouts and lighting. We developed the finalised concepts into a full working drawing package for the builder to price and build from. We dealt with building control and license to alter on behalf of the client and carried out site supervision to ensure the details were carried out correctly and the quality of the build was maintained.
