The client brief was to construct a single storey rear and side infill extension to create an open plan kitchen dining room with extended storage and a good connection to the garden. They also required a rear mansard extension to the loft to create an additional bedroom and bathroom. The property is in Putney and we are providing a full Architectural Interior design service to achieve this brief. We are working alongside a Kitchen company to integrate the designs for the Ground Floor. We will collate all information for sending to contractors for a competitive tender after which we will oversee works on site and act as Contract Administrators. We are assisiting the clients in choosing all the finishes and preparing detailed joinery designs.
