There were two different projects completed on the site, the initial being a main house refurbishment, rear and side extensions and internal alterations. The following brief was for a garden room, with a games, music and cinema area which was to be a sustainable building using materials and construction methods which would be as eco-friendly as possible. The main structure is formed of Insulated concrete formwork and there is a green roof to encourage biodiversity.
