A new build development of 18 new dwelling houses of between 2 and 5 bedrooms in the village of Churt in Surrey. The whole development has been carefully designed in an authentic Arts and Crafts style drawing on the work of Lutyens and others. Williams Lester made use of Revit BIM technology to assist in the design development, helping the client understand the proposals 3 dimensionally including in virtual reality. At technical design stage Revit we were able to co-ordinate our detailed design with the engineer and other consultants to improve accuracy and quality on site. The development is currently on site and expected to complete early next year.
