The Studland Dene is a mixed use development providing apartments, holiday studios, spa and restaurant. The site is in a prominent location on the clifftops overlooking Bournemouth's beaches and pier. The tourism use of the site was retained through the introduction of modern short stay studio apartments. The innovative design of these allows them to be let individually or paired to provide accommodation for anything from 1 to 10 people. A rooftop restaurant takes advantage of the location, with 360º views taking in the beach, pier and chine. A central atrium provides the main entrance and serves all functions, with glass lifts and high level walkways adding drama to the space.
