A development of 10 age restricted apartments arranged around a central circulation space and atrium. First floor apartments are split over 2 storeys with mezzanines in the roof opening onto secluded roof gardens between the gables. Williams Lester provided design development services for planning, followed by technical design and production information for construction. The building picks up on local material and building forms while introducing modern design elements.
