A 2 storey extension to the headquarters of a leading national provider of sheltered housing. The site is on the edge of the River Avon SSSI, a protected landscape for migratory birds. Achieving planning permission on this difficult site unlocked the potential value of the site to the client, who was able to improve their facilities without moving to new premises. The building provides new high-specification office space along with training and meeting rooms and directors suite, many of which have wide views of the river. The new reception is a bright double height space presenting an attractive first impression to visitors and potential customers and offering views to the river beyond.
