Mereside is a proposal for 31 contemporary family dwellings on part of an allocated residential housing site on the outskirts of Soham in Cambridgeshire. Blighted by ownership and legal complications since the economic crash of 2008, we have been involved in this project since 2014, assisting our clients in unravelling the complications of site ownership and unlocking the site’s potential.
