The client came to us with a unique site situated within Portstewart. The house had been derelict for some time and the layout of the house was turning its back on its best asset - the view. WCD talked through with the clients what they needed and then set about rearranging the accommodation to meet those needs. We looked at the way the house would be used and at what times of day they would be occupied so that the design would not only be aesthetically pleasing but at its core be practical and an efficient use of space
