Planning permission has recently been applied for 5 new homes which are intended to be built to the Passivhaus standard, the leading low energy building standard. The design is characterised by the folded front facade which creates a generous bay window space for dining at ground floor level, and a deep facade that gives shading in the summer months at first floor level.
