Working with our client Ballymore and Network Rail, this new-build, mixed use private and social residential development revives a forgotten area in the heart of this fashionable and vibrant neighbourhood of London. This new mixed use 198 unit residential-led development on a former brownfield site provides a mixed tenure of private sale apartments and affordable housing. In addition a new public urban square has been provided which defines the entrance to the site. Our team successfully rationalised designs and layouts to significantly increase the amount of residential accommodation and net lettable commercial space.
