Working with developer client Reef Estates, we have delivered a sensitive conversion of a historic building in the heart of Oxford City Centre, for their client Christchurch College. The development comprises a varied mix of ground floor high street retail units covering a total area of 16,826 sq.ft with 133 student residential bedrooms.
