We are appointed as Lead Designer and Executive Architects on the technical construction of this multi-phase 40 acre development. Located in the Royal Docks in East London, Royal Wharf is a flagship regeneration project developing a 40-acre site on the banks of the River Thames. The scheme will provide a variety of townhouses and apartments with infrastructure, commercial and amenity facilities. Our role is Lead Designer, working closely with the management contractor on the detailed design and technical construction delivery of the concept scheme.
