We worked as executive architects on this 11-storey scheme comprising 323 residential units with 551 bedrooms, ground floor retail units, first floor co-working commercial space and communal amenity spaces for residents. Described in the national press as the ‘World’s largest co-living development’ The Collective Old Oak opened its doors in May 2016; this property is the first example of the pioneering Co-Living Build to Rent concept in the UK.
