We were appointed on this £6.2 million refurbishment which comprised internal reconfiguration to provide 96 bedrooms for hotel use with reception and hotel restaurant with ancillary bar counter within. Works also comprised full recladding of the existing building, construction of additional floor space at the 7th level, a new hotel entrance at car park deck level and provision for 28 further car parking spaces.
