Working with developer St James Securities, we delivered 130,000 sq.ft of retail floorspace with a mixture of single and double-height units, incorporating food stores, in a landmark development. The striking design of the retail units and the development as a whole demonstrates a marked change in retail park development. High-quality materials have been applied, providing multiple layers of architectural expression and language across the scheme, and materials were chosen both for their longevity and aesthetic appearance. As lead designer we worked with multiple tenants throughout the design development stages and our expertise, combined with input from the wider design team, ensured a coordinated and successful project delivery.
