The regeneration of the Bramall Lane stadium for Sheffield United features a new 2000 seat corner stand at the stadium. The new stand which joins the existing South and Bramall Lane stands provides an unrestricted view of the pitch and boosts capacity at the ground to almost 33,000. It also features additional seats for disabled supporters and a concourse behind the stand houses catering bars and toilets. Other projects have also been undertaken to upgrade the grounds facilities to premiership standard including an extension to the club shop, refurbishment of the conference and banqueting facilities and a roof extension for the Bramall Lane stand, which provide additional wet weather protection for fans in this area.
