This project provides Chelmsford with a vibrant new retail and leisure destination, which caters for its thriving and affluent population. This £150 million retail and leisure mixed use development for Aquila is located at the heart of the city centre. The redevelopment of Bond Street was a longstanding aspiration of the council and is seen to play a central role in Chelmsford’s offer as a major retail and leisure destination in the Essex region.
