White Ink Architects worked closely with McAleer & Rushe D&B Contractors from tender stage to develop the RIBA Stage 2+ design by Cube Architects into a financially viable scheme which met the strict requirements of the hoteliers as outlined in their Brand Standards. . Located on a complex site in Bournemouth town centre, the development deals with a dramatic ground level difference of over 21m from top to bottom and redefines the coastal resort’s skyline.
