South West Lands Phase 1 forms part of the significant urban regeneration of the 85 acre Wembley Park by Quintain - currently the largest PRS/Build to Rent project in the UK which will provide over 7,000 homes. Using our knowledge of design for PRS/Build to Rent and expertise of the London residential market, White Ink worked closely with the Developer, Contractor and Design team to review, develop and optimise the RIBA Stage 2 design by JTP for PRS and ensure the project was financially feasible, and deliver this significant residential scheme. The 18-storey building, above a basement car park/podium slab structure, uses traditional brickwork on metsec framing and standing seam metal cladding. A 3-storey link building with guest lounge and gym is at Level 01. The scheme provides 188 units with private and communal landscaped roof terraces. The ground floor is fronted by double height retail units.
