We were appointed by the University of Notre Dame to carry out building-wide improvements to the layout of their grade 2 listed student accommodation in central London. The project required work to be undertaken whilst the building was partially occupied. Our solution was based on phased improvements to the 42 flats within the premises, designed to minimize both the number of students displaced at any one time and disturbance to the residents remaining in the hall, avoiding disruption and reducing the cost of re-housing in central London.
