A quality, sustainable and flexible educational building for not only the school to use but also for the community. As identified from the outset, the key set of design principles were to provide an inclusive development for all members of society, create a flexible building which can evolve as education methods and goals are changing, create an unobtrusive, yet aesthetically exciting design which can be used as a blank canvas on which the students can project and install art work and create a swimming pool that can be used by both the school and local community all year round.
