This attractive house is located in Canford Cliffs Conservation Area in Poole. The house was designed by Hutker Architects USA in a traditional Nantucket beach house style, with assistance from WDA on compliance with UK building regulations at the design stage. WDA were responsible for extensive pre application negotiations in collaboration with Lucken Beck Planning Consultants, obtaining planning permissions and building regulations approval. On site WDA have been responsible for construction detailing and contract administration. The exterior is clad in painted cedar shingles and boarding and the roof is finished in beautiful natural cedar shingles. The mature landscaping completes the idyllic setting of this stunning new home.
