The brief was to create an international quality tourist destination with a range of accommodation and real estate options in order to attract a variety of local and international visitors and buyers. The master plan creates a tight interconnected hub of activity toward the center of the site so the main “public” amenities are all within walking distance from each other. The three main clusters of accommodation are located just outside this main central activity. The golf course uses much of the remainder of the land to link the various components together
