WATERSHEDD is a passionate Architecture, Interior Design and Property Development company specialising in new build & refurbishments. Our approach to design is unique, collaborative and innovative; creating simple yet beautiful homes that bring the family together. The company originated from a strong passion for the Cornish lifestyle with its beautiful landscape, rich culture and the energy of the Atlantic coast. The constantly changing landscape directly informs our entire design process. We aim to use natural, sustainable, locally sourced materials and traditional craftsmanship in each of our projects. Our design ethos has since expanded across the UK with a strong belief that our carefully crafted designs positively influence and compliment the beautiful landscape. Each project responds closely to the surroundings creating bespoke outcomes for every site and more than ever we are striving to encourage sustainable building solutions. We are a small team based operating out of our studio in London and offering bespoke architectural services for projects in Cornwall and the UK.
