Cadogan Square This scheme involved the internal alterations remodelling to this two bedroom flat in a Grade II listed building. The apartment had been refurbished in the 80's and was looking very tired. Many of the original features had been removed been crittal windows had been inserted to face onto the lightwells. We got listed building consent for the changes, including swapping the windows to double glazed sash windows more in keeping with the character of the property. We worked closely with the Interior Designer on the internal layouts. By moving the kitchen to where the dining room was, it becomes an extension of the living space. It also allowed us to create a glamorous family bathroom which was lacking for a property of this stature. We then used creative and contemporary solutions to add much needed storage to the property. Original were reintroduced in juxtaposition to modern conveniences to create a lovely light and elegant apartment suited to it wonderful location.
