The Workspace is a modern work-from-home hub for residents of High Street House in Shepherd's Bush, developed by Noiascape. Located on a busy West London high street, the exterior façade above is retained, celebrating the history and character of the traditional Victorian terrace. The light-filled workspace features a bold material palette of pigmented red concrete floors and bespoke joinery built from Douglas fir. Interior glazing borders the hallway staircase, encouraging spontaneous connections between passing neighbours. The Workspace is designed to seamlessly transition into a flexible public events venue, hosting exhibitions, exercise classes, supper clubs, and more. The project was delivered while working at Teatum + Teatum.
