A 12 storey mixed-use residential, retail and commercial tower located at Airport City in Accra, Ghana. The building is designed around a central atrium, which moderates temperatures in the building through the stack effect. The lower three floors contain retail uses, the fourth floor commercial offices and the upper seven floors studio, one, two and three bed residential units. A roof garden is contained on the top floor of the building.
