Our clients lived in a 5 bedroom estate house built in the 1980's, with ground floor accommodation that was too small in proportion to the number of bedrooms. Vision Architects were commissioned to remodel the ground floor, with the addition of an oak framed extension to the rear to form a new reception and kitchen area, utility room, and cloak room, and an oak framed porch at the front, to form a more welcoming and spacious front entrance. The original lounge and kitchen spaces were re-modelled to form dining and family rooms respectively. The works were completed in June 2011.
