A community-centric regeneration of a brownfield site to provide 45 new homes in the village of Bramham. The proposals include a variety of dwelling types all set within extensively landscaped grounds. The existing house (a non-designated heritage asset within Bramham Conservation Area) will be carefully redeveloped following years of lying vacant. Feasibility studies were initially carried out to inform the proposed use and layout, followed by an extensive pre-application and full planning application. Consultation has been crucial to this project and undertaken through public exhibitions, attendance at meetings and an open dialogue with Parish Council and ward councillors.
