The whole apartment was stripped out to its concrete shell whilst the extensive necessary permissions were acquired to construct a glazed studio room and terrace on the previously unoccupied rooftop. New stairs were installed to draw the eye up to this dramatic addition, and new partitioning installed to create a four bedroom home with generous living areas. All the joinery was purpose designed. Loose furnishings were selected by the owners. The project was completed on time and within budget.
